NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES/ ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Continue reading for broken items when delivered .

I do not accept order cancellations or returns, but please CONTACT me if you have a concern with your order.


If you receive an item that is broken or damaged YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO CONTACT ME. If you have spoken with ME and I have agreed for a return and or exchange and I ask that you return the product. STORE CREDIT ONLY! No refunds!

TURN AROUND TIME ON ALL ORDERS:

~ Please allow 6 weeks for all orders to arrive. Turn around times might even be up to 8 weeks. If you are not willing to wait please do not order.

~ WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGES ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR MAILBOX.

~ WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS DUE TO THE POSTAL SERVICE.

~ WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDRESS CHANGES. WE SHIP TO WHAT YOU INPUT ON YOUR ACCOUNT. IF IT NEEDS TO BE CHANGE PLEASE DO SO ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

~ If you have issues with tracking, or it shows that a package has been delivered and its not there, please contact your local postal office. They will be able to assist you as all I can see is what you can see when tracking.
